Project Content
This project primarily serves as a consulting service for the planning of Junda Medical's smart factory, offering services such as architectural planning, park/workshop/auxiliary facility planning, warehousing and logistics planning, 3D simulation, and visual planning.
Project achievements
The Daxin factory project spanned three months. Based on the process-oriented production characteristics of its main products, the Jinggong Intelligent team introduced a fully automated production line as the main line to complete glove production. For the subsequent processes, automatic inspection, demolding, counting, leak prevention and grasping, boxing, folding and sealing, and palletizing were introduced, basically achieving full automation across the entire production chain with no manual logistics between processes. Furthermore, by fully integrating lean concepts, raw and auxiliary materials were set up with line-side inventory and allocated nearby for use, effectively reducing logistics for raw and auxiliary materials in the workshop. At the same time, during the project planning process, the project team fully considered the enterprise's energy conservation and environmental protection requirements, making breakthrough improvements in areas such as power design, steam condensate water recovery, wastewater discharge, wastewater recycling, and acid-base recycling. Through lean, automated, green, and energy-saving design schemes, the competitiveness of Junda Medical in terms of corporate environment and production costs was effectively enhanced.
During the project development process, it received high recognition and praise from the client's leaders and employees. After the planning phase was completed, the client immediately signed the contract for the implementation and supervision of the second phase.
Estimated benefits of the project: 1. The design capacity of the single line will be increased by 5 times, and the per capita production efficiency will be increased by 2.5 times; 2. The logistics distance of auxiliary materials will be reduced by 50%; 3. The energy consumption per unit product will be reduced by 50%; 4. The recycling and utilization rate of water resources will reach 80%; 5. The level of 5S and visual management on the production site will be significantly improved.
