Overall project plan
The new factory adheres to the principle of one-flow planning, consolidating the production and storage of the injection molding factory and the general assembly from two original factory areas to one, significantly reducing the intensity of logistics handling and the storage area requirements for plastic finished products. Incorporating the concept of lean production, the production mode of general assembly has been changed from the original material requisition system to a timed and quantitative "bare parts" distribution system, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the production workshop. Meanwhile, the production line has been adjusted based on the actual on-site architectural structure, switching from the original straight line layout to a U-shaped layout, greatly reducing the utilization rate of the space. Additionally, the aging sections of the production line are independently separated, and products are arranged in a way that maximizes efficiency and minimizes waste
Project achievements
The Rongfang Electric Appliance new factory project spanned two months. The Jinggong Intelligent team fully integrated lean concepts, broke traditional production models, and comprehensively introduced a flow production method. Through productization, leanization, automation, and other solutions, the project reduced logistics handling and the number of work-in-process products during the production process, enhancing Rongfang's overall manufacturing capabilities. During the project's implementation, it received high recognition and praise from various customer leaders and employees. The estimated benefits of the project are as follows: 1.
