Project Content
This project primarily serves as a planning and consulting initiative for the Jingxin Auto Parts Smart Factory, offering services encompassing architectural renovation, park/workshop/auxiliary facility planning, intelligent logistics, and automation scheme design.
The new factory is located in the Guangqing Industrial Park, which comprises six buildings. Building 1# serves as a comprehensive office building, Building 2# as a dining and dormitory building, and Buildings 3-6# as production buildings (Buildings 5-6# will be constructed next year). This new factory planning project involves the first to fifth floors of Buildings 3# and 4#, as well as the first floor of Building 5#. Specifically, Building 3# covers an area of approximately 11,564 square meters, Building 4# approximately 7,704 square meters, Building 5# approximately 15,824 square meters, and the park area approximately 2,880 square meters, totaling 37,372 square meters.
The new factory is planned to have a monthly production capacity of 140,000 units in the future. The planning content includes molds, injection molding, final assembly, and finished product delivery. The entire process is planned according to a lean approach to meet the needs of future diversification and high-value development.
project results
The Haike Electronics new factory project spanned two months. The Jinggong Intelligence team fully integrated lean concepts, broke traditional production models, and comprehensively introduced a one-piece flow production method. Through productization, leanization, automation, and other solutions, they reduced logistics handling and the number of work-in-process products during the production process, enhancing Haike Electronics' overall manufacturing capabilities. During the project's implementation, it received high recognition and praise from various customer leaders and employees. The estimated benefits of the project are as follows: 1. Breaking traditional production methods, production efficiency increased by 30%; 2. The number of work-in-process products in the workshop decreased by 30%; 3. The level of automation increased by one level, saving 10% of workshop manpower; 4. The level of 5S and visual management on the production site significantly improved.
